The increasing complexity and dynamics of the corporate world have lately become almost proverbial. Massive changes in economies and markets require companies to change swiftly as well. The question then arises what this means for leaders and leadership in organizations. The title „Leading in complexity“ encompasses a wide range of topics and thoughts surrounding the concepts of leadership and complexity which were presented and discussed by German and international experts at the 3rd Augsburg Conference (University of Augsburg, Germany, in October 2008).
The results are summarized in these conference proceedings which contain contributions on positive leadership, leadership and self-organization, innovation reordering, innovation-coaching, leadership and innovation, action learning, leadership in universities, personality and organization.
